Loftia cooking recipes and profit

Short answer

Cooking adds value, but less than you might expect. Radish Kimchi and Oyster Mushroom Gyoza add about 45 Dew over their raw ingredients, and most dishes add 5 to 30. The best returns use cheap or foraged ingredients.

When cooking is worth it

  • Cheap ingredients: Mushroom Soup adds 25 Dew from gathered items, and Cinnamon Tea and Fruit Smoothie each turn about 5 Dew of goods into 20.
  • High-value crops: Radish Kimchi and Gyoza pay the most per dish, but they need Cooking Station Lv.3.
  • Low value: Tomato Soup adds only 5 Dew over selling two Tomatoes. Cook it for quests, not for profit.

Upgrading the Cooking Station

  • Lv.2: complete the Forest Cook bundle at the Overgrowth station.
  • Lv.3: complete the Urban Eats bundle at the Museum station.

Cooking recipes use 2 to 4 energy, depending on station level Game data.
