How to upgrade your house
- Finish A Call From the Gardens in the main story.
- Take It's On the House, offered by Clive in Loftia City Game data.
- Choose a House Improvement from Milo's shop. The first one is free.
- Meet Milo near the Architect Station in your neighborhood, then use the station to customize your house.

Bloom costs are confirmed for Garden Beds, Energy Stations, Pet Habitats, Structural Items and Island Slots. The other rows show Dew only, so Bloom not listed does not mean free.
What to buy first
- Garden Beds tier 1 and 2: 525 Dew in total for 3 beds.
- Energy Stations tier 1 and 2: 1,125 Dew in total for 3 stations.
- Processing Stations tier 1: 300 Dew for a second station.
- Island Slots: leave these for later. They cost 10,000 and 20,000 Dew plus Bloom.
This order is our recommendation. Early Dew goes furthest on things that make more Dew. See crop income.

How do you upgrade your house in Loftia?
Finish the side quest It's On the House, offered in Loftia City after A Call From the Gardens. Milo gives your first upgrade for free, and it unlocks house customization at the Architect Station.
How do you get more Garden Beds in Loftia?
Buy Garden Beds permits. The first two tiers cost 25 and 500 Dew. Later tiers also cost Bloom.
